For the roasting types, we’ll let you in on a few secrets…aka here’s our Oyster roasting calculations (Ranking scale from 0-10):

*450 degrees for 8 minutes: 7.5

*450 degrees for 7 minutes: 8.0

*450 degrees for 6 minutes: 8.0

*350 degrees for 7 minutes: 9.5

*350 degrees for 8 minutes: 9.5

*550 degrees for 4 minutes: 7.0

*650 degrees for 4 minutes: 6.0

*600 degrees for 5 minutes: 6.5

The 350 for 7-8 minutes were the best…lotsa smoke flavoring too. Perfect. So we will be roasting at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
