Watching Anthony Bourdain’s (@NoReservations) terrible Christmas potluck show last night reminded me of the best bone marrow I’ve had.

Nope, not Furgus Henderson’s St. John in London (we’ll eventually go)…but Chef Sang Yoon at Father’s Office in California.

Basically this is roasted beef bone marrow with parsley, capers, vinegar, shallots, toasted bread and really good salt. That’s it.
