Stopped by the famous Grandpa’s Cheesebarn in Ashland, Ohio.

This little roadside attraction is the mid-point between the extremely long drive between Cleveland, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio.

Welcome to Grandpa’s Cheesebarn

Nestled close to the scratch-your-balls and very manly Fin, Feather, and Fur – this weird tourist store is a great stopping point for all those weary 1.25 hour travelers.

Today, I grabbed some smoked gouda, steak and onion cheese, mini gummibears and zesty bread and butter pickles.

Zesty and delicious!

More importantly, I was served by the man’s man, ladies’ man, man about town…Grandpa himself.

Yep–his namesake, his crib, and hell yeah he’s working the 1940’s cash register for me #likeaboss

Just goes to show you that small town America is still alive and kicking.

Same Grandpa…just one more barn!

BTW-they are building another barn for more “stuff”

Gotta make another trip back to Chinatown.

In the spirit of the unemployment rate/jobless talk from last night’s Presidential Debate…I decided to have this.

Lagunitas’ Wilco Tango Foxtrot (WTF): A Malty Robust Jobless Recovery Ale

Meh.

I’d wax and relish the hops and complexities of the beer-but let me save you 10 minutes and alotta hot air…I’ve had better.
